Other than good sleep and diet, exercise could enhance your mood too. According to Cleveland Clinic, exercise could make you happy.
Plan workout routines that you enjoy as it increases your motivation to the exercise style that is not to your liking.
Take a step back from your work. Go for a vacation or just plan a few days off work if you can. Involve yourself in activities that are not work-related. Spend your time doing something different, out of the daily routine.
Surround yourself with a different environment such as going for a hike or pampering yourself with relaxing spa treatments.
Things could get overwhelming at work. Discuss with your manager if it is possible to create work adjustments that will not affect your work performance and your mental health.
For example, adjust working hours with mutual agreement that the tasks for the day or week will be completed. If you think you need a longer break to manage your mental health, talk to your manager.
Get mental health professional help when you feel things are getting out of control; you have taken too many MCs, your work performance is below standard, and you think that everyone at work seems to keep a distance from you.

Prevent yourself from comparing yourself to others at work. Frequent comparisons with your colleagues, may lead to poor mental health as you feel the constant need to achieve similar success as your colleagues.
Embrace your role at work, be proud of your work, and be happy with your work achievements, no matter how big or small they are.
